150 g Pitted dates
150 g Pitted prunes
150 g Ground Nut flour (from health food shops)
1 TBSp Honey
1 TBSp Chocolate Spread (preferably dark chocolate)
1 TBSp Peanut Butter
Either desiccated coconut, icing sugar or cocoa Powder to roll in.
Put all of the ingredients into a Magi-mix / Sturdy Blender until it makes a stiff paste.
Roll into small bite-size balls and then cover / roll in selected topping (I like desiccated coconut).
Place in the fridge until harder and cool (about 2 hours). Store in Tupperware in the fridge.
