"Poetry and hums aren't things which you get, they're things which get you. All you can do is go where they can find you" – A.A. Milne, Winnie-the-Pooh
It seems ironic that the sunday that marks one year of blogging would have be one of my first missed posts since creating this bundle of joy – but there we go, student life with no wifi. Safe to say, however, that moving into a new phase of life with the start of my second year at university is a good way to mark it. With this in mind, I feel that the poems I have shared have proved that it is the envents in life that create the biggest discrepancies in my writing style. It has been an amazing experiment to be able to see, through this platorm, a years worth of emotion and development. One of the best parts about having this blog is that it alows me to take stock of the things I have created and to have a more assertive inclination as to the exact place that my mind was writing at the time of publication.
I would like to thank you all – as without your support and readership one does feel like a very, very small fish in a large ocean. I hope that you can all continue to enjoy my blog as it develops and I look forward to the journeys that we will be able to take together.
